La Viña is a community of 46 homes located in Black Mountain Ranch within the city of San Diego. Built by Taylor Woodrow Homes in 2004 on what was once rolling vineyards. The Black Mountain Ranch subarea plan designates approximately 29 percent of the community for residential development and 67 percent for parks, golf courses, and open space. All Homeowners are members of the La Viña Maintenance Corp. managed by The Prescott Companies property management company. 

La Viña is located 3 miles west of Interstate 15, via Camino Del Norte / Camino Del Sur, off of Four Gee Road, and conveniently within walking distance to schools (K-12), parks, restaurants and shopping centers.
